Its so hard for me to catch ACE on video doing and learning wonderful things.  I happen to get lucky during bath time.  He really loves learning with his bath flashcards.

Addison loves the beach!

I took Addison to see Santa and let’s just say it was an experience. Addison is usually a super happy and friendly little boy, I don’t think I have ever seen him scared until now.  We entered into Santa magic wonderland and he immediately began shaking.  I am guessing it was the overly loud and obnoxious music and huge snow characters that did it.  Quite honestly the music was killing my ears it was so loud.  My kiddo latched onto me like a monkey.  He was holding on for dear life.  Finally I got him chilled out he started to explore everything.  He made his way to Santa and freaked out again.  “Who was this weird old man in a costume.”  So, once again we went back to playing and exploring.  He then made his way back to Santa, this time he was super excited until I put him on his lap.  Let’s just say all hell broke loose.  The moment I took him off Santa’s lap he was smiling and giving him high fives.  We went through this a few times until I decided to go ahead and snap the picture.  In all actuality I find the picture to be hilarious and beyond memorable.  I can’t wait to tell ACE about his experience and share the photo with him when he is older.

Addison loves to brush his teeth.  We introduced him to the tooth brush as about 12 months old, since he finally got in a few teeth at the point.  He has been a avid tooth brusher ever since.

A little video of Addison doing: Can you, where is…

I was finally able to capture a bunch of the new stuff ACE has learned on video.  I can’t believe how much he is doing an learning at 17 months old.  It is crazy to think my little boy is going to be a 1 1/2 years old next month.  This first video is of ACE saying some of his favorite words.

Despite all of the chaos going on in life lately, I found time for Addison’s 1 year old portfolio shoot.  This was one of the happier moments in the last month.  I really feel that these images captured the true Addison.  He really is such a happy and delightful little boy.  I am so blessed to be his mother.  These are some of my favorite images.

We spend a lot of time dancing in our house.  It has become a ritual that we have dance session after each meal.  I have really loved introducing Addison to all types of music since he was born.  I took this sweet video of my Mom and ACE dancing together while she was in town.

Could he possibly get any more adorable?!?!

Even though Addison is in a diaper, I can’t believe how grown up he looks here.  He just shy of 15 months old.

Letting a toddler run around in just a diaper ultimately results in a naked baby.  Yep, ACE has figured out how to take off his diaper.  Thank goodness these floors are easy to mop up pee pee.

ACE seems to think he is a cowboy riding a bronco.  He loves he rocker that Auntie Sarah gave him.

Nothing like some good olde tubby time to finish off another fun filled day.

ACE is absolutely loving his Elmo Potty Time video.  He got so excited when this blue monster looking guy came on.  I just love happy toddler squeals!
